iPhone 6 "Unavailable for pickup?

I am selecting the store I want to pick up the phone in and it says all of these stores are unavailable for pick up. Is that just because it didn't go live yet for pre-orders or are people seeing stores that are available?

Chances are that in store pickup won't be available for a Week or two after launch. It's either stand in line or wait at home.

No way to know until midnight. They didn't do it with 5S, but they did with 4 or 4S, don't recall which.

Apple mandates all stores are on the list for "available for store pickup." The page shows unavailable right now because the phones are not for sale yet.

If you are available to wait all day for FedEx or UPS, have it shipped. Last time I had to wait until 9:30pm for UPS due to their heavy load.

If you don't or can't wait all day for them to deliver, go to the store. The Apple Stores around here had separate lines for pre-orders/pick ups?
