iPhone 6 Video playback woes

Is anybody else having issues with trying to play embedded videos on their iPhone 6 from websites, YouTube & Facebook posts...the playback constantly stopping every 1-2 seconds???

It's driving me freaking bananas!! What can I do to stop it? Is there something in Settings to tweak? I would greatly appreciate some help on this.

It's probably the app. My YouTube app is horrible and videos are constantly freezing and buffering. But using the Internet browsers videos are smooth with very little if at all buffering.

Check your internet conection! that could be the problem... I don't have playback issues in websites nor facebook app. I do have problems with youtube app sometimes not loading content...
