I have 6 plus wife has 6.

I was going to get 7plus but thinking 7 now.

I was wondering if I could swap out the SIMs in our current phones so I would give me a idea on the size difference before buying the 7.

If you are on any carrier other than Sprint, yes.

Keep in mind that when you swap SIMs you will lose your voicemail.
