OK, so I know I can pay £149 for Apple to repair their own fault, but I decided ages ago not to do this and upgraded to a new phone.

Given the reports of Apple, in regards to the battery issue, now offering a whole device replace the for this device, has anyone had any experience/success in getting a new 6+ that’s suffering from touch disease replaced with this battery replacement program?

Am hoping the 6+ that’s been in the drawer uncharged to over a year can be resurrected

Thanks

If they figure out it has other issues besides the battery I doubt they’ll offer a replacement. You could give it a try and maybe find someone sympathetic with your situation but, it’s probably a long shot
