iphone 6 will not take my MP3 tracks from PC. Help?

I have an Iphone 6s and when I try to transfer my MP3 music files from PC to this iphone they will not load on the phone. I get a banner error. These are all basic MP3 songs that I have stored in my Documents on my Windows 7 64Bit PC. I have checked out every online trouble shooting option online, but none have worked. Does anyone know why iphone 6 will not load MP3 files from Windows 7 PC?

A banner error? Is there an exact error message that you get that you could post?

It sounds like you are trying to drag and drop/copy and paste files onto the phone?

I got it... I just updated iTunes on my PC to the 12.7.3 and after that all my PC saved MP3 did a sync to phone no problem. Although I really wish iphone would behave like Android phones when connected. They should behave like as a Thumb drive does and simply allow easy right click and sending of MP3 directly to the phone as if it we're a connected drive. They really need to fix that BS.
