Hi guys
i have an iphone6 & recently did the latest update but ever since everything is oversized & i cant do anything with it.cant use the keyboard or access too much

any help would be great

Perhaps zoom mode was activated? You should try triple tapping on the screen with 3 fingers or perhaps triple pressing the home button to see if that might undo it (if it is zoom mode or some similar accessibility feature).

Yes. This has zoom mode all over it. My colleague got stuck like this when trying to replace the zoom mode action to actually dim the screen further!
