i did the iPhone 6S 64gb through upgrade program. Got my email from citizens saying it will be a total of 941$ after 2 years. That can't be right is it?

Oh yeah that's correct. For some odd reason I thought AppleCare was included free. Not really researched it enough.

Np. I corrected as well, save $30. Applecare+ is $99, not $130.

AppleCare+ for the 6S is $129. The service fee for fixing a damaged device is $99. You don't get a discount with the Upgrade Program.
