iPhone 6s Autolock time is halved

Hey all. I went ahead and tested this and all the settings seem to turn off the screen in half the time that has lapsed. Can anyone confirm they are seeming this as well?

Settings > General > Auto-Lock

You can change the length of time it takes to lock.

The screen will go off in half the time when you are on the homescreen.
When in app will go off in normal time
Working as intended , probably to further save battery life

I've experienced this issue with my 6s as well. Running 9.1 beta 4.
