help! My iPhone 6S battery is bad. Not terrible but just bad. I barely get through 8 hours before I reach low battery. I've owned new iPhones before and I always rejoice because of great battery performance fresh out of the box.

I went to the Apple Store where a "genius" diagnosed my phone and found that there was nothing wrong with it. He registered my complaint and acknowledged that the phone had lost 10% in the 10 min we had been together. But politely told me to get lost.

What do I do? I consider my iPhone use ordinary and inexcessive. Should I try going to another Apple Store?

I know that my phone's battery is not living up to its full potential

10% in 10 minutes is a lot to lose, BUT if he ran some sort of diagnostic app on your phone, it could have drained the battery faster. Do you feel you were using the phone heavily during those 8 hours?
