iPhone 6S changes sender name

I often send a just-shot photo from inside the Camera app via Mail app to a related account. My email address ("Jim") is listed next to FROM. But, in the last few months, when I enter the name ("David') from a related account (same iCloud account) next to TO, the FROM address ("Jim") automatically changes to the same as the TO address ("David"). I can scroll through the related names listed when I click on FROM to correct this, but it happens every time I send a photo to a related account, which is annoying. I would prefer that the sender name not change unless I change it. How do I adjust the settings on my iPhone to effect this? This only happens when I send a message from inside the Camera app. Thanks.
