I saw the soft restart Touch ID issue with iPads on 9.3.2 but I'm having a similar problem on my iPhone running 9.3.1. It's been getting worse and more constant. My phone stops connecting to the network, searches for it forever then goes to no service. Restarts randomly all the time, sometimes I don't even realize it without touchID telling me. Battery can be at 80% and shutoff and tells me to plug in to charge only to tell me it still has 80% battery. I'm updating 9.3.2 now to see if it fixes it. Can it be hardware relates?
