Iphone 6s Dock

I am looking for an speaker phone that works with iphone 6s. Instead of having a phone convo on speaker, I want to see if there is an accessory available that will allow me to dock the phone and have the convo via a speaker. The speaker on the phone is not very loud and when we are in the office and on speaker, it's not loud enough for some to hear. So I want something that will amplify and be loud enough.

I have not tried the regular bluetooth speakers yet, but wanted to see if any can give me a good suggestion. Thanks in advance your suggestions.

With $200 to blow, walk into your local bestbuy and pick one that you like. There are so many options for these it's a little overwhelming.
