Hey all. I plan on purchasing an iPhone 6S+ 128 GB on Sprint at full retail price because I don't want to extend my contract. I have some questions though. Is the Sprint model 'unlocked'? i.e. if I want to go to TMobile or something would I be able to use the same Sprint-enabled device on another carrier?

Thanks,
ShiggyMiyamoto

The official party line from Apple is that the only way to get an unlocked phone is to do it through the Upgrade Program.

Just a heads up the sprint phone is NOT unlocked like the T-Mobile. Verizon IPhone would be unlocked regardless of contract or not but would not work with Sprint.

....I've had A Sprint IPhone, T-Mobile IPhone and Verizon IPhone.
