iPhone 6S - Instore Pickup - Switch Lines

Hi all,

I have a family plan with 5 lines. Only 1 is eligible for upgrade (not my line). I pre-ordered a phone using the eligible line and will pick it up in store on Sept 25. Once I am there, will I be able to switch the phone to my line?
