I managed to buy an iPhone 7 however I still love my iPhone 6s. It's having a network issue from past two weeks. I tried the network reset even updated to ios 10 now and tried reset again but nothing works. But the WiFi works fine. when I tried contacting the service centre they said it was a water damage and that doesn't cover the warranty so that I need to pay one-third of the amount to make it work. But my phone never got submerged in the water. Please do suggest me something!

Does your loved 6S still have an active SIM card in it? If you only have one number then your service is moved to your iPhone 7. Your 6S can still use WiFi but not cellular without an "active" sim card.

Yes, It does have a sim card in it. I have bought a new sim card for home that was in my iPhone 6s.

I'm not using t-mobile and this problem has been even before updating to iOS 10
