My iPhone 6s Plus camera started having problems won't focus happen to anyone else?

I'm not having any problems with mine, which is running an older version of iOS 10 than what was recently released, but maybe it would help other people here to troubleshoot your problem if you could tell us what version of the operating system you're on and provide a few sample pictures to illustrate the problem you're having.

Also, did you have any recent accidents with it? Even a small drop or a light hit to it?
