Iphone 6S Plus GPS Defective

I have now had 2 iPhone 6s plus and on both devices the GPS would drop and lose connection in the middle of urban area with four bars of service. I have installed, uninstalled, reset network connections, etc. This seems like a hardware issue since others with a 6s in the same car, had no issues. I have found a good video that describes the issue. Any others have this?
