iPhone 6S Plus Landscape Lag

I noticed this evening that on my iPhone 6S Plus, I am getting major animation lag while using force touch on the home screen while in landscape mode. I am not sure how long it has been this way, or if it is from the last update. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same on mine. Oddly, if I pull down to spotlight search (or do any other demanding activities such as open a game) it temporarily fixes it.

This issue has been around since the 6s+ was launched. It only happens on landscape mode and doesn't occur on the regular 6s, only the plus model. The guy who runs the 'EverythingApplePro' channel on YouTube has been testing every single final/beta release to see if it's been resolved (even the lastest 9.3.2 beta 2). No fix yet though
