Is this caused by the Optical image stabilization?

I believe this is done by mirroring your iPhone's screen to another screen (Mac, Apple TV, etc.) and then opening the camera. This has nothing to do with OIS.

Yes...Apple TV in this case! I can't believe it took so long for someone to know the answer.
