iPhone 6S Plus Phone Call Issue

I've noticed this over the last couple of days.

While I'm on a phone call, wifi or LTE, it will occasionally cut out for a few seconds even when both myself and the person I'm talking to have strong signal before it cuts back in.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm in Verizon.

I'm really hoping to avoid having to do a setup as a fresh phone. -_-

Settings > Phone > Wifi Calling > Off.

What carrier do you have. I have att and the option is offered. I activated but then turn it off as I have a good signal in most areas I travel within.
