Iphone 6s plus questions

I will be ordering iPhone 6s Plus on Saturday 3am est but will I be able to do the At&T next on apple website or will I have to buy the phone full price? Will the at&t next be available on at&T website only or will it be available for both plus I called apple and there saying if i order via apple website i will have to pay retail price​

AT&T NEXT was an option last year on Apple's website. I purchased 2 iPhone 6 models that way.
