iPhone 6S Plus slo-mo options

Trying to decide benefits of 1080p 120fps vs 720p 240fps. It's a pain to switch between the two modes, so I'm wondering, as a default, what do you guys all use for slo-mo? Go for the higher resolution or higher frame rate?

Depends on the light conditions. If it's dark then it will be noticeably darker on the 240fps video.

It annoys me Apple removed the easy switch between 240/120fps button in the camera!
