Went to the AT&T (corporate) store on Miamisburg Centerville Road in Centerville, Ohio.
They showed me the list of models they were getting in on launch day.
All models of the iPhone 6s will be in stock and no (zero, nada) iPhone 6s Plus.
YMMV, at the other AT&T stores but if you want a 6s Plus I'd check first before going.
