Iphone 6S Plus Stuck in Reboot Mode after update

I updated my 6S Plus last night with 8% battery but plugged in and after it updated it was stuck on the apple screen for a solid 10 minutes before I finally did a hard reset and it booted up normally.

Did this happen to anyone else? Is it my stupidity with 8% battery and doing an update?

Not calling anyone stupid but trying to update with 8% left on your battery is living on the edge for sure.

Your 6S+ can use more power than the little charger could even supply.

Gotcha.. so I got lucky lol. I havent had to restore it thought i'm not sure If I should.

You should not have to restore it because you upgraded. All of your stuff should still be there.
