iPhone 6s Plus Stutter

I have a 128GB iPhone 6s Plus. New phone setup, no restore. I'm experiencing the phone stuttering when opening apps or when texting. It only happens when I stop using the phone and then go to use it again. Once I start using it and the initial stutter happens it goes away. Other than that the phone is very fast. Has anyone experience a similar issue? I hope is a software issue and not a hardware issue. Thanks everyone.

Check the forums there is about 3-4 other forums full of people having the problem. It looks to be software related.
