Iphone 6s plus time changing itself

i have an iphone 6s plus, i have had no issues with it until thia morning j notice the time said 4:59 pm when the real time was 11:59 i fixed it in the time settings, but thia afternoon around 7:15 pm it said 3:15 am... is anybody else having this issue, in my settings the time is set to automatically set.

iPhone region maybe. Is it set to your country? Also did you try rebooting? I had the same issue and a reboot fixed it.
