I've been trying since noon to complete the pre-order process with T-mobile. With long wait times and several call backs, it's finally complete. has anyone else had this issue with there pre-order process

I stayed up until 2:01am CST to complete my preorder. It took around 33 minutes to get a rep, and I was done with the order in less than 10. Received the updated JOD leasing information at around 1:45pm. It was fairly painless for me, but I did do it early. I also heard that calling around 8 or 9 (I assume EST) was a whole heap of trouble.
It has been a ordeal for me. One rep told me I would require a down payment on JOD and another said they were having a promotion of you pre-ordered in the first 48 hours. I'm just glad it's over with.
