iPhone 6S preorder questions

hey guys, like many, I have some questions about the preorders once they open up. Long story short, I have a Verizon account but don't want to buy a Verizon model at launch. I do NOT have a T-Mobile account. So...

1) Will the Unlocked T-Mobile iPhone 6S be available for preorder at 3am EST like all the other models? Can I preorder this model and pay full retail without a T-Mobile account? (I can currently purchase an iPhone 6 from Apple.com without one)

2) If I have a Verizon iPhone 6, can I just take the SIM from my iPhone 6 and put it in the unlocked T-Mobile 6S and will it function as a Verizon iPhone 6S??
