I will be ordering the new iPhone 6s plus when preorder come available but my lines has a two year contract but i will be upgrading my mom line once iIreceive could i just take sim card out of that iPhone 6s plus and take my sim card out of my current iPhone 6 and install it on new phone

You don't have to do that, you can just upgrade your own line and it will replace it with your old contract.

Btw this is not an iPhone 6S issue
