Today I picked up my phone and couldn't turn on the screen. I remember it had at least 70% battery left last time I checked, so I knew it wasn't dead. Tried a bunch a stuff realized the phone was on, just not the screen. I could unlock via Touch ID. I could toggle the ringer/vibrate switch, and I could access Siri. So I don't know what was going on.

I've never had this happen to my other iPhones so I wasn't sure what was wrong. I did a hard reset by holding the home and power button.

It seems fine now though. Is this a known problem? Nothing showed up in a Google search. Anyone else have this happen?

This is the first I've heard of this but the phones have only been out a few days. :) I expect odd things to happen until the first hard reset I do on a new iPhone. Probably silly of me to feel that way.
