Iphone 6s + (Sprint) has 2 bars of LTE but barely works.

Title is self explanatory. I have a 6s+ from Sprint and I have much less service in my office than I did with my Note 3. I have to reset Spotify every 15 minutes and the connection goes out constantly. Does anyone know if it is normal for different phones on the same network to get different amounts of service???
