Set up phone as brand new. Animations still are somewhat jittery, or stutter. Its inconsistent. Why does it does this? Noticing a lot when unlocking the phone. I am coming from an iPhone 5 running iOS 6.1.4 and everything on there was buttery smooth. Maybe this is an issue with iOS 9 itself?

iphone 6S... still some slight stutters in animation... WHY?

Most definitely ... I'm on a developers version 9.1.2 and even that is still not completely smooth. With time and bug fixes things will get better =)
Why do people continue to make excuses for Apple? 'Wait for bug fixes'. That's all we ever hear. How about they invest some of their billions into Q&A BEFORE a release? If we delivered software as buggy and lackluster we'd have no customers.
