iPhone 6s Stuck On Restore With Itunes

So my iPhone 6s is Stuck On Restore With Itunes message showing up (see vid)
I tried DFU mode and even upgrade or restore and once the restore or upgrade is complete it just goes back to the iTunes logo on the iPhone screen.
This happened after updating to iOS 10.3.2 any suggestions? Thanks in advance
I have even forced it out of recovery but it restarts to recovery screen again.

In suggest taking it an apple store of possible and have it checked. The apple technician may be able to perform a restore.

Apple Genius said a corroded lightning port pin is preventing communication with iTunes.
