iPhone 6s touch screen issues - have to tap/click multiple times

Anyone else have issues with the 6s touchscreen? In safari particularly, it seems like I frequently have to click/tap on links multiple times in order for it to work. I'm not sure if with 3D Touch it thinks I'm pressing too hard or something? In either case, it's super annoying. Anyone know how to fix it?
