I am wanting to buy an unlocked 6s to use on the Cricket wireless network (AT&T MVNO), however, it looks like no one is selling unlocked 6s'. How can I get one?

Does anyone know if the 3G and LTE frequency bands are the same in the AT&T and T-Mobile iphone 6s'?

No. The AT&T also has Band 30, which is used only by AT&T in the US. There is a whole thread on this topic. Both will work equally well on any other network besides AT&T, though.

It won't have LTE Band 30 on AT&T in the US, but that band is not currently deployed nor is there a roadmap or timeline for when it will be. You won't be able to take advantage of that new band but it will work fine otherwise. I don't see that as a big downside even if the band existed today, and if you are in a smaller market it might not come to you for many years anyway.
