iphone 6s video resolution? Can't change FPS???? WHAT?

Does anyone know why the new 6s can't change the FPS in slow motion or change it to 120 FPS 1080p like it stated it could do? This is the main reason I bought this. For 720p 240...or 1080p 120FPS. I see no options to change any video settings AT ALL. If it always defaults to 240 720p or 4k constantly, then it's rubbish. Anyone have any ideas? The little FPS thing at the bottom right vanished in ios9. Thanks

You can change it in the Settings app under Photos & Camera.

Would have been nice to change it on the fly too within the app.
