iPhone 6s W/ T-Mobile

So I'm wondering can someone explain how T-Mobile service is supposed to be better with the new iPhone coming out?

Is there going to be a dramatic increase in service just by using the new iPhone?

And also how is T-Mobile now? I just switched over to T-Mobile and did my preorders. Switching from ATT.

I believe band 12 is T-mobile's newest LTE network. I do not think the 6 supports that and the 6s does.
