I have no idea how or why this seller's undercutting Apple by $10, but buying on eBay also means you generally don't have to pay sales tax, which means this is $45-90 cheaper than buying direct from Apple. The seller has good ratings...seems legit? Wish I'd seen this before I lined up at the AT&T Store this morning.
