I was thinking of adding that also but was thinking of keeping it narrowed down to 3.5mm adapters. But lets keep it on the list.

How about the Apple USB Camera Adapter and a nice USB DAC, like the Emotiva Little EGO or AudioQuest Dragonfly...from my research you have to have the lightning port plugged in and charging as the DAC needs power.
