Received confirmation email a minute later saying delivery date of the 16th

Relax as no one will get one until the 16th. Apple has contracts with UPS and FedEx to hold until the 16th.

This type rumor starts every introduction.

I'm completely relaxed. I like data. I find this an interesting process and don't want to wade through all the pre-order drama to see what's going on.

Actually that should be the case but on more than one release Iphones were delivered early.

That's true, but not why I posted this. I was actually one who was lucky enough to get the iPhone 5 a day early through ATT.

This has nothing to do with rumors. Just like data and like to watch things roll out.

Many here also ordered a case from Apple and are seeing it shipping but NOT THEIR PHONE! It will not arrive till the 16th at the earliest.

I am betting you iphone does not roll out early from Apple. ATT a few did if I remember last year. A day either way does not make a difference. Just a phone folks.
