iPhone 7/Plus iPhone 7 baseband issue and cracked camera lens

So I have a iPhone 7 that is affected by the issue where the phone says no service and it wont activate. I know Apple has a replacement program in place, but my phone has a hairline crack on the camera lens. Will Apple still replace it?
