Will this be normal?
My iPhone is charging and eached 100% about 15 minutes agor.
Yet, on lock screen it still says "Charging" and the lightning bolt is near the battery .
Will it eve state to be fully charged or is this the expected behaviour?

I am not sure but I do not think the "bolt" goes out unless you unplug the charger.

It say "Charged" once it reaches 100%. Best idea is to unplug the device and do a hard restore. That should fix any such glitches.

In fact, neither of the Iphone 7 I saw from colleagues and friends says "Charged" when reaches 100%.
Always stays with "Charging" indication...

The battery indicator is not exact. iOS showing 100% battery is actually about 95% of the capacity of the battery. Your iPhone will continue charging at a very slow pace after it reaches the "100%" until it is fully charged.
