Anyone that has/had an iPhone SE and now has an iPhone 7(non plus) can comment on battery life. I now have an SE and might be interested in the 7 if battery life is equal to or better than the SE. Thanks

Can't hold a candle to the SE. I have both. Both get me through a day with my usage patterns, but there are times where I use my phone heavily and the SE always survives. The iPhone 7 would need to be charged. The SE seriously has battery on par with the plus.

And this is where I never minded having a thicker iPhone with the SE. The battery life was worth the extra thickness. But then again, I am usually near an electrical port where I can charge my iPhone 7 as well.

My SE reaches easily 8hrs usage time with some gaming in between. My iPhone 7 lasted an average of 6.5hrs with the same usage pattern, no need to say I returned the 7. Definitely not worth the extra money.

My work commute (30 mins) keeps me charged all day every day.

The SE is the best when it comes to battery life and how fast it charges. My 7 Plus feels above average but no where near the SE.

i really like this tópico and of course i had both iphone 7 with smart battery case and 7 plus.
Eventi without using smart battery i esa feeling the 7 battery good as 7 plus, with the disconvenience of cant charge 7plus in mobilità (there isn't any smart battery for iphone 7plus).

i really like bigger display and camera, but portability it's the priority for me

SE is so much better. If not for some advantages that 7 has, I would use SE without any doubts. I love that phone, the battery is insanely good and it still feels premium.

Like the majority mentioned before me, my SE battery easily outperforms my 7. I tend to be a moderate user with IG, Twitter, music streaming, reddit, iMessage, WhatsApp. I don't charge either of my phone throughout the day, so during the week it's off the charger at 7am and plugged back in around 10:30pm.

Battery life is not as good but I have noticed that the battery charges quite quickly compared to the SE. iPhone 7 128GB

The 7 doesn't match the SE, but it's not miles off.. it feels about 10 percent off, which is what gsmarena found in their tests. Both seem to drain quickly if used as personal hotspots, otherwise 12+ hours of real world, 50 percent use is a fair assumption.

I used to get 10hours+ useage on SE with 30-35hours of standby . I get 6:30-7 hours max with 20-24 hours of standby on iPhone 7. My 6S used to get the same as my 7 does for some reason.

Another aspect to consider is charge times. The iPhone SE is on par with 7 Plus with battery life but charges nearly twice as fast.

You can always use an iPad charger for both 7 models to speed it up but you can do the same for SE which still charges the fastest. Nearly same SOT as 7 Plus, but anywhere between 30 min faster charging than 7 and 60-90 min faster than 7 Plus.
