I just got an iPhone 7 that just got back from Apple with a new screen repair. It has a virgin install of iOS 12.4.1. I turned it on today and it takes over 4 minutes to boot up. I tried it several times and even recorded it.

Is this normal? 4 freaking minutes to boot up an iPhone 7 on iOS 12.4.1?

My other older iPhones on lower versions of iOS all boot up in about 30 seconds.

Thanks
