iPhone 7 earphone adapter quality

I'm thinking of purchasing RHA T20i, and just wondering about the sound quality if you connect this earphone with iPhone 7 lightning to 3.5mm adapter?

Any loss in sound quality through the adapter?

What are some good quality wireless earphones out there? That is comparable with RHA T20i?
