Last night, I updated my iphone 7 32GB OTA to 11.1.2. The phone worked for about 10 hours and then went into an endless boot loop. The Apple logo just flashes on and off endlessly. I have tried to restore, update through iTunes with no avail. I get the 4013 error every time, which I believe happens when the phone tries to download the update (I see the update progress bar for about a second) then the phone reboots and the error pops up. I have tried putting the phone in recovery mode and DFU mode with the same results. I even downloaded 11.0.3 and tried to downgrade. Same result. Any ideas on what else to try? Phone was purchased Jan 2016 through Sprint. Never been jailbroken.
