iPhone 7 freezing after new internet connection

Hi everyone,
For the past week every time my iPhone 7 connects to a new Internet source – for example transitioning from Wi-Fi to cellular, it freezes and requires a restart. Has anyone come across any similar shoes or better yet have any success? Thank you and advance for your help.

That sounds strange. You might want to try resetting your network settings (if not even all settings or even reinstalling completely).
