I noticed yesterday and today that sometimes when using the new headphones, the volume control stops working on the headphones as well as on my phone. It happens once in a while when I listen to music. I read an article that this is a glitch and apple will be fixing it with a software update, but if its only happening to certain people, how will a software update fix this issue? Is it the headphone or the phone itself?
