Iphone 7+ IOS 10.0.1 SIRI: Could you say that again error

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my new iPhone 7+, everything seems to be working correctly besides siri. When I say Hey Siri or just try to activate it via the touch ID it will automatically come back with an error saying could you please say that again and won't let me actually speak.
