Screen says...

"iPhone is disabled"
"Connect to iTunes"

and has an "Emergency" button.

Wife spoke with Apple Care and they were unable to help.

Also, Apple Care said the files may have been deleted if we have tried to log on too many times with the warning present?

We are ready to replace with a new "14" but want to get at pictures to download.

Are we toast...or is there an answer on how to log on?

Yes, I know we should have back-up. I have a portion of the pictures on my i7 but many would be missing if we are shut out on my wife's i7.

Any ideas or solutions??? Help!!

Thanks...Tom R

Unless you have access to FBI grade level software that can bypass a disabled iPhone or it leaks out in the next couple of years you are out of luck. If you want to have any glimpse of those pictures in the future, put the iPhone in a drawer and hope any of those two scenarios occur in the next couple of years.

there might be some software elcomsoft that can do this since there is an SEP exploit for the iPhone 7 - you will have to email them and see what is possible. the software is expensive though.
